Terms & Conditions / Shipping Information

Please note that we do not do free samples and one will need to pay for their items before we can commence preparing your order. Before shipping your order, please allow 1-3 business days to prepare your order if it is unbranded/plain items and 1-5 business days if your order needs to be customized/branded. NB: Items that need to be sewed need 1-15 working days.

 

Sublimated items need a mock up design from a graphic designer. The design will be shared with you for you approval. After your approval, the design is printed unto the  fabric and sewed. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive a message with tracking info once your order ships. Local (SA) orders are shipped with PAXI, The Courier Guy, Buses, Taxis or your preferred delivery method. International orders are shipped with DHL Express, The Courier Guy, Buses, Taxis or your preferred delivery method.

Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends and public holidays.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
